All dancers that are not dressed and ready during scheduled times for rehearsal photo will not have photos taken
for the program. There will be a list at the time of rehearsal in the order they have their pictures taken. Please make sure you child is in line in the
order of the list. We will not take pictures if the child is late or we already passed the name. Please do not be late. Dressing and changing must take
place in the club Locker Room. We must have at least two CLUB VOLUNTEERS supervising the locker room at all times.

REHEARSAL DAY RULES & REGULATIONS
Please Be On Time!:
NOT SCHEDULED - DO NOT ENTER DANCE ROOM: If you are not scheduled for the time slot assigned according to the schedule
above please wait in the dressing area or outside of the dance room area. We only want kids assigned to routine and time in the dance room. Anyone that
attends "early" will be asked to wait outside the room. Please note that the club is a very busy place being super early is not suggested.
ATTENTION ALL TEENS!: Only teens will be allowed to have costumes and changes in the dance room and need to be ready
to help with Bingo and assisting photo and rehearsal by 5:30 on Monday and 5:00 on Tuesday. All teens that help out will be given $5.00 KKZ money/points.
NO FOODS & DRINKS PLEASE: We ask that no food and drinks are brought to rehearsal for reasons we do not want accidents
to happen just before photo is taken. Water only.
BRING YOUR CAMERA: Parents are encouraged to bring their camera on the day of rehearsal and photo session. Be ready
to take pictures when I call your child's name.
NO GUESTS ALLOWED!: Do not bring extra children not part of our performance or program to rehearsals. There will be
no room for them. Do not bring extra guests only Mother, father, grandparent will be allowed. We also ask that only one person bring the child for rehearsal.
EXIT IMMEIDATELY!: We will do rehearsal last (except for preschool) and photos first. After they do rehearsal and are
done, please leave the room immediately to help us clear up for the next class and schedule. Prechoolers can leave after their picture is taken, they do
routine first then pictures so they can leave immediately.
NO COSTUME CHANGE ALLOWED IN THE ROOM!: Do not use the dance room for costume changes. Lil Kidz will need to change
in the room but only Lil Kidz! Please use the locker room for costume changing.
