About the Awards Program
Every child in our program is a star no matter what level they stand.
The one thing that makes KKZ strong and successful are students that deovte and enjoy the program season after season. In return for their dedication and
devotion, we dedicate the awards program for them. See the following below for how the program is set up and how they win.
Stars of the Month: KKZ selects one student in each class
with the most participation in the KKZ program as our nomination for the Student of the Month. Club members that do not complete the perfect attendance,
vote and select monthly stars while the class as a whole selects the star of the Season. Students may only be awarded star of the month once per year.
All stars of the month will be awarded our medal (fall bronze, winter
silver, and spring gold). At the end of the year "Spring Season" if the members are still with the program and the season, all students and winners
will be given trophies for staying with the program throughout the year.
Stars of the Season: Of the nomination from the Students of the
Month, one of them will have the overall number of participation (seasons) will be awarded Star of the Season. Members that are awarded Star of the Season
are also nomination for the Star of the Year in the Spring. Stars of the Season are given out Medals for the season, then personalized trophies at the end
of the Spring Season if the winner is still with the program.
Star of the Year: Of the three nomination of the Stars
of the Season, will be voted (Nite Owls by the assistants) and (The Boys & Girls Club) by the leaders and class members. Two stars will be selected,
one from Nite Owls and one from the Club, both stars will earn our exclusive star of the year trophy.
Starting in 2007 we will be awarding our special Seasonal
Awards!
One Season Participants will earn our special one
season participation certificate.
Two Season Participants will earn our special participation
rainbow ribbon award
Three Season Participants will earn our special medal awards (one year) bronze medal (two year) silver medal (three years) gold medal
Assistant and Leadership Awards: we will be offering
a special honor trophy to one assistant and one leader. Assistants are awarded to most number of sessions taught, while leaderships are awarded based on
class votes.
At the end of the year, awarded leaders and assistants
will be awarded for Leader/Assistant of the Year
